The power went out for about 7 hours in my area, it's always fun to see the "queen" of the woods freak out over it, it's a shame for the little guys though, they're the ones who truly have to bear the "weight" of the queen on their shoulders, figuratively and literally; At least I got to have a break from managing the lighthouse for a little bit, it's only needed at night, so I at least had a few hours to prepare for it and just rest up until night came about, shame that I wasn't able to pick up on any signals while I was on break though.
I'm thankful I didn't lose any progress on one of my most recent findings, for the past two or three days I started hearing soft white noise coming through an antenna I had pointed at some random direction of the vast blue sky, normally this wouldn't be anything to make a fuss out of but, amongst all the seemingly random white noise, I started to hear a song.
